Do CD Essentials Products work for all hair types/textures?
Yes, our products work for all hair types/textures.
Can CD Essentials Products be used on children?
Yes, our youngest customer was as young as 5 months. We do recommend you use your own discretion. Our products are safe and made with 100% natural ingredients and fragrances.
Can you use your products on relaxed or permed hair?
Yes, our products work well on all styles including relaxed or permed hair.
What happens after I place an order? Processing, Shipping, etc.?
CD Essentials takes 3-5 business days for product orders and 7-10 business days for apparel orders to process. Day 1 starts the day after your order is received. Tracking information is sent via email after processing. Currently we ship all of our domestic orders with USPS. After your order has been shipped, it can take 3-5 business days to receive. All orders come with $100 insurance through USPS. If you receive your order and it is damaged from shipping, please use your tracking number and contact USPS directly to start a claim.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed. If your order has not shipped we can however, make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect.
