Packages will be shipped using USPS.
***BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.
***ALWAYS ALLOW ONE EXTRA BUSINESS DAY FOR PROCESSING AFTER A HOLIDAY OR A SALE.
***WE DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS ON SUNDAY.
***APPAREL IS MADE TO ORDER, SO PLEASE BE ADVISE SHIPPING WILL BE 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PROCESSING.
***FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WE DO NOT COVER CUSTOMS FEES AND THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN OUR SHIPPING COSTS.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:
If a package is returned to CD Essentials due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer or if an order is deemed undeliverable by USPS. Customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost. No refunds will be issued for this matter.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
CD Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon shipping inquiry, CD Essentials will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

STANDARD SHIPPING: WHICH RANGES FROM 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PRODUCTS AND 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING UPON YOUR LOCATION, AFTER PROCESSING.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: WHICH RANGES FROM 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS AND 3-6 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING UPON YOUR LOCATION, AFTER PROCESSING.
LOCAL
PICK-UP
We do offer local pick-up to our local customers. Please wait for email confirmation that your order is ready before contacting us for pick-up. At minimum, we ask that you allot CD Essentials 2 days for product orders and 5 days for apparel orders requesting local pick ups. If rush local pick up is needed, please add note during checkout. There will be a fee of $5 for this, we will send invoice to email that was provided at the time order was placed. If order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, or if order is placed on the day of or before a holiday, Day 1 of processing starts the next business day.
