POLICY
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Thank you for ordering with CD Essentials. We do not accept returns or exchanges. No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed. If your order has not shipped we can however, make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect. We DO NOT offer refunds after the order has been placed due to the nature of our products.
CD Essentials Naturals is NOT responsible for any discount codes, promotions, fees, or funds lost or forgotten due to failure to input any codes for promotions or orders made without using a promotional link.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING PRODUCTS
When you receive your order, if your missing an item or your product(s) are defective as a result of CD Essentials. Please email us right away at cdessentials@outlook.com. Please submit photo images of your package, as well as the contents that are defective. If you are missing a product, submit an image of the items you received.
When you receive your order and it is damaged as result of shipping, please contact USPS directly to start a claim. Your tracking number will need to be provided to start a claim. All packages are shipped with $100 insurance.
